西气东输冀宁支线X80管线钢焊接工艺

摘    要:在西气东输冀宁支线,X80管线钢首次正式投入工业性应用。文章叙述了X80管线钢的化学成分、力学性能,并重点介绍了采用全自动焊和手工焊的焊接材料及焊接工艺。实践证明,针对X80管线钢的全自动焊和手工焊方法所选择的焊接材料和制定的焊接工艺是合理的,完全达到预期效果。全自动焊缝AUT检测一次合格率达97.27%,RT检测一次合格率达95.96%,手工焊缝检测一次合格率达97%。

Abstract:In Jining branch pipeline of West to East Pipeline Project, X80 line pipes were put into industrial application for the first time. This paper depicts the chemical composition, mechanical performance of X80 line pipes, giving emphasis to the welding materials and welding processes of fully automatic welding and manual welding. The practice proves that the selected welding materials and established welding processes of fully automatic welding and manual welding for X80 line pipes are reasonable and achieve the anticipated results fully. The primary qualified rate of AUT is 97.27% and the rate of RT is 95.96% for fully automatic welding, and is 97% for manual welding.
