| 摘 要： | 为了获得准确的显微镜的焦平面图像信息,去除焦平面外的干扰信息,本文根据光学切片显微技术的原理,在计算出点扩散函数H矩阵后,通过VC 程序,采用位图相减方式获取图像纯焦平面的信息。实验证明效果较好,速度较快。

| Abstract: | To get the pure focal plane image of microscope,the defocused information must firstly be removed.Using the optical section skill of microscope,an approximation method subtracting adjacent specimen planes fromthe image at focal plane is tested.Pointspread fuction and blurring matrix as well as subtract-ing between adjacent bitmaps are finished through VC program.The test obtains good results. |
