基于智能控制器的非易失性存储器的设计研究

摘    要:研究了断路器智能控制器的非易失性存储器的设计方法。在分析比较了3种常用的非易失性存储器优缺点的基础上,根据其功能和性价比进行存储器选型。通过加去耦电容、CRC校验和适当的读写方式进行非易失性存储器写保护、可靠性和延长寿命的设计。该项研究有助于提高智能控制器可靠性。

Abstract:The design method of nonvolatile memory based on intelligent controller of circuit breaker was researched.Based on the analysis and comparison of merits and demerits of 3 common nonvolatile memory,the memory was selected according to function and performance-price ratio.By adding decoupling capacitor,CRC calibration and proper way of read/write,the nonvolatile memory's write protection,reliablity and long working endurance were designed.This research is helpful to improve the reliability of intelligent cont...
