摘    要:认同感、归属感是企业凝聚力的核心,责任感是企业发展的原动力。要使员工迅速、顺利地融入到整个团队中来,就一定要使员工对企业经营理念、发展目标、企业文化、管理制度、分配机制、所在的集体等都认同了,并自愿将自己的前途和命运与企业的发展紧紧联系在一起,与企业同呼吸、共命运,才有小到为集体近期目标的实现,大到为企业长远发展的思想。

Abstract:Employees'identity and belongingness is the core of cohesive force in an enterprise,and their responsibility is the motive power for its development.Only if enterprise management idea and development goal,its culture,its management system and its distribution mechanism meet with their approval will employees become the part of the team rapidly and volunteer to connect their own fate with enterprise development.They will take into consideration the achivement of collective short-term goal and long-term development of enterprise.
