摘    要:以ZrCl4和γ-Al2O2为原料,采用升华-吸附-水解法制得ZrO2/γ-Al2O3复合载体。用XRD、XPS和TEM等技术研究了ZrO2在γ-Al2O2表面上的分散状态。结果表明,ZrO2在γ-Al2O2表面有一分散阈值(0.062gZrO2/100m2γ-Al2O3);当ZrO3含量低于该阈值时,它以单层或工单层形式存在,当含量高于该阈值时,出现ZrO2晶相;来发现有体相化合物生成。用升华-吸附-水解法制备复合载体克服了ZrO2因熔点高难以直接分散的动力学上的困难。

Abstract:A sublimation-adsorption-hydrolysis process has been developed for preparation of ZrO2/γ-Al2O3 complex supports from ZrCl4.The dispersion state of ZrO2 on the surface of γ-Al2O3 was investigated by using XRD, XPS and TEM techniques. Based on XRD and XPS analyses of the complex supports, it is concluded that (1) the experimental maximum dispersion capacity of ZrO2 on γ-Al2O3 surface is 0.062g/100g/100m2γ-Al2O3; (2) when ZrO2 content is less than this value, ZrO2 disperses onto the surface of γ-Al2O3 to form a monolayer or submonolayer; (3)crystalline ZrO2 appears when this value is exceeded; (4) no evidence for the formation of bulk compounds was found. The prepration of the complex support by using this method has solved the problem on kinetics that it is difficult for ZrO2 to directly disperse.
