| 摘 要： | 为达到对电能质量数据的实时掌握和满足数据网络化共享的发展要求,利用Web服务的跨地域性、跨平台性和信息传输的快捷性和方便性,把Web服务应用到电能质量监测当中,对电能质量的各项指标进行实时监测.给出了系统实现的关键技术.
