全数字DC-DC变换器研究

摘    要:系统采用电压闭环控制方式,调节器采用变参数数字PI算法,实现了模拟系统难以实现的复杂算法和方便灵活的移相控制方案。通过一台2kW样机进行了实验,实验系统的开关频率为2kHz。实验结果表明,电路设计合理,实现了ZVS,并有效解决了整流桥寄生振荡问题。本系统可作为中等功率的DC/DC变换器应用。

Abstract:The full digital system employs voltage closed-loop control,and the regulater uses parameter-varying digital PI calculation,realizing complicate calculation not inherent in analog system and convenient phase-shifted control.Experiments are carried out on a 2 kW sampling machine with switching frequency being 2 kHz.Experimental results indicate that the design is reasonable,zero-voltage-switch control is achieved,and that the problem of oscillations with bridge rectifier is well resolved.The system can work as a middle-level-power DC-DC converter.
