摘    要:目前X80级管线钢管已在大口径输送管线中得到应用,使得对进一步提高管线钢强度(X100—X120级)的需求也更迫切了。使用高强度管线钢目的是拟通过提高管道的输送压力来提高其输送效率和降低铺设管线费用。为将这两点期望变为现实,高强度管线钢管及其焊接热影响区(HAZ)应具备良好的低温韧性和现场焊接(环焊)性能,所以,必须综合应用合理的合金成分设计,超纯净冶炼,控轧、控冷(TMCP)等工艺,改善焊接热影响区工艺等多方面的技术和措施,以得到同时具备高强度、良好的低温韧性和现场焊接性能的管线钢。

Abstract:Now grade X80 pipeline steel pipes has been used on large size transmission pipelines and it makes more impendence demand of further improve pipeline steel strength(X100~X120).The purpose of using high strength pipeline steel is going to increase the transmission efficiency and decrease the expense of laying pipelines via increase transmission pressure of pipeline. In order to make these two points into facts,high strength pipeline steel pipes and its welding HAZ shall have well properties of low temperature toughness and site girth welding.Therefore,it must integrate to use rational alloy components design and ultra purity smelting,control rolling and TMCP process,etc..and improve various technology and measures of welding heat affected zone processes..to obtain the pipeline steel together with high strength,well low temperature toughness and site welding properties.
