| 摘 要： | 3-巯基-4-氧代乙酸戊酯是维生素B1合成新工艺的一个重要中间体,以α-乙酰基-γ-丁内酯为原料,经氯化、水解 酯化及取代三步反应合成目的产物,总收率达65%以上。

| Abstract: | 3-Mercapto-4-oxopentyl acetate is an important intermediate in new process for synthesizing vitamin B_1.It was synthesized by chloration, hydration-esterification and substitution three steps reaction of α-acetyl-γ-butyrolactone, the total yield is above 65%. |
