蓄电池内阻智能测试仪的设计

摘    要:改进了蓄电池内阻测量的交流阻抗法,提出了交流比例法,把蓄电池与高精密电阻串联,通过测量交流信号在二者上所产生压降的有效值来获得蓄电池的内阻。在新方法的基础上设计了蓄电池内阻智能测试仪,该仪器以ADuC 812单片机作为主控芯片,采用了新型信号发生电路和信号采样转换电路,可根据被测蓄电池型号和工作环境的不同适时改变交流信号的频率和幅值,并能与上位机进行通信。对比试验结果表明:所设计的蓄电池内阻测试仪具有操作简单,可靠性高,抗干扰能力强,测试结果准确等优点。

Abstract:Based on AC impedance, the battery internal resistance measuring method was improved. The AC proportion method was proposed. Through testing the valid drop value occurred on battery and high precision resistance in series, the internal resistance of battery could be calculated. Based on the new method, a battery internal resistance intelligent measuring instrument was designed. Its main controller is ADuC 812 MCU and some advanced chips are adopted in its signal generating circuit and signal sample converting circuit. The frequency and amplitude of its AC signal could be properly adjusted according to battery's type and working environment. It also could communicate with top computer. It was proved by comparison that the new device could be easily operated and had strong jam-resistant ability, high reliability and high accuracy.
