| 摘 要： | 论述了土地市场对当前城市规划所产生的巨大冲击和深远影响。土地市场要求城市规划以土地价格与租金为导向，充分利用土地经济的集聚效应。反过来，城市规划又能动地作用于土地市场，调节着城市土地的开发强度和土地价值的分布。
