| 摘 要： | 讲述了目前正在使用的突变场景变换探测算法，并列举了一种新的基于压缩视频的突变场景变换探测算法，实验结果显示，这个算法不受视频种类的限制，能取得满意的结果。

Sudden Scene Change Detection Algorithms for Content-based Video Indexing and Retrieval |

| Abstract: | This paper discusses some sudden scene change detection algorithms used for content-based video indexing and retrievaling,and proposesa new algorithm for compressed domain abrupt transitions. Test result proves that the algorithm isn't constrained by the limitation of video category andmay get satisfying result. |
