延北113-133致密气藏水平井速度管柱安装策略研究

Study on velocity string installation strategy of horizontal well in Yanbei 113-133 tight gas reservoir

Abstract:A velocity string installation strategy considering geology conditions,wellbore statement,production status was used to tailor velocity string installment plans in horizontal wells in Yanbei 113—133 block with excellent results.This strategy is focused on forming standards for velocity string installation in terms of the result of numeric simulation,which provides guidance to the optimal time and size of velocity string installation under the current status of the existing wells to increase efficiency of water withdrawal and maximize the release of wells’productivity.The research reveals show that:1)The installation time of the velocity string affects the cumulative output of the gas well,but not the final cumulative output.The installation size of the velocity string affects both the cumulative output of the stage and the final cumulative output.2)For class I and class II wells,the velocity string should be installed at approximately 33%recovery;For classⅢwells,install the velocity string at approximately 19%recovery.3)The installation size of the velocity string should increase with the improvement of reservoir physical properties.classⅠand classⅡwells should be installed with larger size velocity string,and classⅢwells should be installed with smaller size velocity string.The velocity pipe string installation strategy adapted to the reservoir conditions is of guiding significance to the efficient development of Yanbei gas reservoir.
