摘    要:高面板堆石坝具有很高的抗冲能力 ,即使在强震时面板全部失效或在正常运行时灌浆全部失效 ,渗流量都不足以冲动坝体堆石。工程实践及计算证明 ,堆石坝只有漏水问题 ,但坝体堆石不会被渗流冲失导致失事。

Abstract:The high concrete face rock fill dam is highly capable of resisting the thrust impact. Even if all the face slab failed in case of meizoseismic impact or all the grouting completely failed during normal operation, the percolation will still not be sufficient enough to thrust the rock fill of the dam mass. It is proved through the engineering practice and the calculation that the only problem with the rock fill dam is leakage. However, it is not possible for the fock fill dam mass to be scoured away and then resulted in any dam failure.
