摘    要:吉林油田英台采油厂近年来处于增产阶段,向地层注水是提高油气采收率的重要措施,但在注水系统存在严重的结垢与腐蚀问题。对结垢与腐蚀机理进行了探讨,采取注水加缓蚀剂、阻垢剂、杀菌剂的方法,筛选合理配方,合理控制工艺指标,基本解决了严重结垢与腐蚀问题,并取得较大经济效益。

Abstract:The oil and gas production of Yingtai Oil Production Plant of Jilin Oil Field has been rising in the last few years. It is mainly contributed to the injection of water into the oil deposit.Whereas, the injection of water has led to severe fouling and corrosion in water injection system.The fouling and corrosion mechanisms are studied.The severe fouling and corrosion problems have substantially been tackled by injection of the corrosion inhibitor,fouling inhibitor, bactericide, right formulation of chemicals and appropriate control of process parameters. Significant economic benefits have been achieved.
