火焰重熔高硬度镍基自熔性合金组织及性能研究

摘    要:研究了火焰重熔火焰加热温度对镍基自熔性合金涂层显微组织的影响,测定并分析了基材至涂层的显微硬度分布.研究结果表明,氧-乙炔焰中性焰下火焰重熔涂层与基体形成了良好的冶金结合,且平均硬度达到830 HV,与基材相比提高了1.5倍.

Abstract:The effect of flame heating temperature on microstructure of Ni-base self-fluxing alloy coating is researched after flame remelting.The microhardness distribution from substrate to coating is measured and analyzed.The results show that a good metallurgical bonding between coating and the substrate have become by the neutral flame of oxygen-acetylene flame in flame remelting,and the coating's hardness that reached to 830HV is a factor 1.5 times higher than that of the substrate.
