摘    要:输电线路的安全运行是建设坚强智能电网的基础,准确对线路状态进行综合量化评估是保证其安全可靠运行的关键。如何将分散、海量、多态的状态信息转化为知识,进而判断设备所处的健康状态是一项非常重要的研究工作。在全面调研分析的基础上,结合某省输电线路状态检修工作的实际,提出了输电线路全状态评价功能参考模型和评价方法,并通过实例分析验证了模型的有效性和实用性,为坚强智能电网的建设奠定了坚实的基础。

Abstract:The safe operation of the transmission line is the foundation of building a strong and smart grid. Accurate comprehensive quantitative assessment of line state is the key to ensure safe and reliable operation. How to transform scattered, massive, multi-state status information into knowledge and determine the health status of the device is very important. Based on comprehensive investigation and analysis and combined with the actual of repair work in Shanxi transmission line state, effectiveness and practicality of the model is verified by case analysis. The work is proposed to lay a solid foundation for the building of strong and smart grid.
