摘    要:运用玄武岩提取纤维的技术由来已久,但一些生产制造商们生产出的玄武岩纤维的质量和数量尚处于较低水平。奥地利Asamer玄武岩纤维公司付出了两年的时间致力于该领域的研究,纤维的品质有了很大的改进,且位于奥地利的一生产工厂于2009年初投入生产。预计其市场份额也将大幅增长。

Abstract:The technology of producing filaments from basaltic rocks has been applied since long ago. However, manufacturers were situated in the area of the former Soviet Union and quality and quantity of these fibers remained at low levels. For 2 years, the Austrian company Asamer Basaltic Fiber GmbH, Ohlsdorf, has been engaged in this field. A significant improvement in quality can already be seen and by 2009 a production plant will begin production in Austria. A substantial increase of mrket volume is anticipated.
