| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了上海世博北京西路～华夏西路电力电缆隧道工程如何在多工作面电力顸管项目管理上严格执行各类规章制度，落实各类安全生产责任制，通过定型化、工具化的安全防护设施以及统一的现场安全生产管理模式，整个建设过程如何通过项目部有组织的动态管理来避免安全生产事故的发生，做好安全管理，做到“安全第一，预防为主”。

| Abstract: | How to perform rtdes and regulations in tunnel project for power cables from Belting West Road to Huaxia West Road with multi working face was introduced in the paper. Safe production responsibility system is carried out. By using the stereotyping and toolkited measures for prevention, field safety production management mode and dynamic management, work accident is prevented during construction and the policy of ＂safetyfirst prevention main＂ is successfully carried out. |
