离心式气液分离器主要结构参数分析

摘    要:在用于高密度、高粘度气侵钻井液的除气分离系统中,离心式气液分离器作为第二级分离器,其结构对分离性能有很大影响。为了提高离心式气液分离器的分离效率,需对其结构参数作进一步分析。按照正交试验方法,运用CFD商业软件对离心式气液分离器内流场进行了全三维数值模拟;分析了25个典型工况下每种模型内部气液两相流的运动情况和分布状况,得到了所有工况条件下分离器的分离效率;探讨了分离器主要结构参数对分离器分离效率的影响,提出了基于数值模拟基础上的理想分离器模型。

Abstract:In the gas-removing separation system of high-density and high-viscosity gas-invading drilling fluid,the structure of the centrifugal gas-liquid separator(used as the second-stage separator)has a great impact on its separation performance.In order to improve the separating efficiency of the centrifugal gas-liquid separator,it is necessary to carry out a further analysis on the structural parameters.By using the commercial CFD software FLUENT,the three dimensional turbulent flow in the centrifugal gas-liquid separator is simulated.The movement and distribution of gas-liquid fluid inside every model under 25 typical operating conditions are analyzed and the separating efficiencies of the separator under all the operating conditions are obtained.The impact of the main structure parameters of the separator on the separating efficiency is discussed and the ideal separator model based on the numerical simulation is proposed.
