列管式固定床反应器的设计探讨

摘    要:针对列管式固定床反应器存在传热和温控问题的技术难点,设计和分析了小型反应器环形集成多通道入出口,大型反应器环形槽入出口的结构和特点;提出球形催化剂在催化剂更换时优于圆柱形催化剂的理论分析;给出反应管内支托催化剂的复合弹簧的设计实例和设计指标。

Abstract:For the difficulties of heat transfer and temperature control in the tubular fixed-bed reactor, this paper studied the construction of the inlet and outlet of small-size and large-scale reactor. It proposed that spheroidal catalyst is easier to replace than cylindrical catalyst. The design example and norm were established for the complex-spring that supports catalysts in tubule.
