榕江大跨越耐张塔的调偏处理

摘    要:针对220 kV汕头至谷饶送电线路工程建设中的榕江大跨越段出现A59塔及A62塔之间不平衡张力相当大(塔偏)的问题,提出了铁塔调偏处理的方案,具体分析如何处理好临时拉线、受压腿顶升、受拉腿地脚螺栓松退等三大关键工序的相互关系及其实施,对今后的铁塔调偏处理工作积累了丰富的经验.

Abstract:In view of the great unbalanced tension(tower deviation) between Towers A59 and A62 during the construction of 220 kV Shantou-Gurao transmission line over the Rongjiang River,this paper introduces the process of the steel tower deviation adjustment,especially analyzing the mutual relations and the implementation of the three key working procedures,i.e.,adding temporary guys,jacking up the pressurized leg,and loosening the foundation bolts of the pulled leg.Rich experience has been accumulated for tower deviation adjustment in the future.
