| Abstract: | With 4-dimethylamionpyridine （DMAP） as catalyst and dicyclohexylcarbodiimide （DCC） as dehydration reagent, 11 kinds of compounds with potential flavor were synthesized from 1,2-O-propylidene-a-D-xylofuranose and 11 kinds of acids. The profiles of compounds were confirmed by 1 H-NMR,13C-NMR.IR and HRMS spectra, and applied into cigarettes as a flavor. The results showed that the synthesized products had the functions of enhancing aroma quality and cigarette smoke, reducing irritancy and improving aftertaste. |
