摘    要:通过传统的固相反应法在920℃制备了银掺杂的ZnO压敏电阻样品,考察了银掺杂量对样品烧结特性和电性能的影响。结果表明,银掺杂不利于样品的致密,但对于ZnO压敏电阻的电性能有明显的影响。当银在ZnO基体中的质量分数由15%增加到25%时,样品的压敏电压由1900V/cm降到600V/cm,对应的非线性系数由15.4降到9.0。这为进一步控制ZnO压敏电阻的电性能提供了新的途径。

Abstract:To further explore the effects of silver doping on the electrical properties of ZnO varistor, the samples of Ag-doped ZnO varistor were prepared with the traditional solid reaction method at 920 ℃. The effects of Ag-doped amounts on the sintering and electrical properties of the samples were investigated. The results show that doping silver particles in ZnO varistor is not of benefit to the densitification of the samples while obviously affects the electrical property of ZnO varistor. With increasing silver mass fraction in the doped ZnO matrix from 15% to 25%, the varistor voltage of the samples decreases from 1 900 V/cm to 600 V/cm and the corresponding nonlinear coefficient decays from 15.4 to 9.0. This provides a way to further control the electrical property of ZnO varistor.
