| 摘 要： | 介绍网格化管理的概念,详细论述在广电网络行业实行网格化管理的思路：建立以小区为基本网格的网格划分标准和四级标准地址规范;建立以GIS和SMS为核心的信息支持平台;建立区域客户经理制度;建立Call Center系统为调度中心,最后讨论了广电网络行业实施网格化管理的意义。

| Abstract: | In this paper we introduce the definition of Gridding Management.We discuss how to carry out Gridding Management in cable network enterprises and think that we should define grid dividing criterion whose basic grid is community and hierarchical customer addresses structure,develop information systems based on GIS and SMS,and establish regional customer service representative system and command center based on Call Center.Lastly we analyze why do Gridding Management is important to cable network enterprises. |
