Abstract:According to practice in Zhangjiagang Broadcast & Television Information Network Company Limited Contact Center,this paper raises Customer Service Improvement measures and discusses how to improve the capability of customer service personnel,how to keep the Customer Service Work get improved and finally satisfy our customers,so as to further enhance corporate image.
