梯度功能陶瓷水煤浆喷嘴的热分析

摘    要:采用有限元法对梯度功能陶瓷水煤浆喷嘴和均质陶瓷水煤浆喷嘴的残余应力、温度场及其热应力进行了分析计算.并对二种喷嘴实验后的表面形貌进行对比。结果显示:在相同的工作条件下,两种陶瓷喷嘴温度场的分布相似,温度的大小接近,但梯度功能陶瓷水煤浆喷嘴产生的热应力较均质喷嘴小,其出口端面的热冲击损伤明显小于均质喷嘴。

Abstract:Finite element method was used for the calculation of residual stress,temperature field and thermal stress of the gradient coal water slurry(CWS) ceramic nozzle and the common CWS ceramic nozzle,and the surface morphology of both nozzles was compared.The results showed that at the same working condition,the temperature field'distribution of both nozzles were similar,but the thermal stress of the gradient CWS ceramic nozzle was smaller,and the thermal impacting erosion at its outlet was obviously smaller tha...
