水乳性纸塑复膜胶的研究

摘    要:以丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和醋酸乙烯酯(VAc)为主要单体,采用乳液聚合法来制备纸塑复合粘合剂,通过电子拉力机、NDJ-5粘度计涂-4#杯等对粘合剂的剥离强度、粘度等性能进行了测试,探讨了单体配比、功能单体用量、单体保护剂、pH值缓冲剂、引发剂、乳化剂等对粘合剂性能的影响,结果表明粘合剂的剥离强度可达到0.1kN/m以上,油墨的转移率可达90%以上.

Abstract:The multifunction composite-film adhesive was prepared by seed emulsion polymerization with buty1 acrylic and acetate as main monomers. The effects of active monomer, functional monomer, monomer-protective agent, pH buffer agent, initiator, emulsifier on the properties of adhesive were investigated. The peeling strength and viscosity were determined by the electro-pull machine, NDJ-5 viscometer 4#, etc. The peeling strength of resulted adhesive reaches 0.1 kN/m and the printing ink transfer rate reaches 90%.
