炼油厂碱渣恶臭污染的治理

摘    要:炼油厂油品碱洗精制产生的碱渣含有浓度较高的硫化钠、硫醇钠恶臭物质,经加酸中和后会产生硫化氢、硫醇等恶臭气体。镇海炼化股份有限公司对用20%-30%的NaOH吸收后的饱和碱液,改变重新返回待处理混合碱渣的作法,采取送往含硫污水汽提塔处理的措施去除其中的恶臭硫化物。应用结果表明,对1.2 t/d的尾气吸收碱液,只要控制进汽提塔含硫污水的pH值在10左右,尾气吸收碱液在恰当部位进入,汽提塔的脱硫净化出水的水质就可基本保持稳定,符合控制要求,硫化物的质量浓度仍在10 mg/L左右,远小于50 mg/L的控制指标;由烟囱外排的硫化物总量低于50 mg/m3,恶臭污染问题得到有效解决。

Abstract:In Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Company, the alkali waste liquor produced from product treating with alkaline wash was neutralized by acid first, then the odor tail gas exhausted from neutralization which containing sodium sulfide and thiol was absorbed by 20% - 30% sodium hydrate. Finally, the 1. 2t/d odorous sulfide saturated alkali liquid after absorption was stripped in the sour water stripper instead of returning to the mixed alkali waste liquor treatment. The application result showed that controlling the pH value of the stripper inlet waste water around 10 and entered at proper position, the outlet water from the stripper was qualified, its sulfide content was around 10mg/L, which was much less than the controlling index of 50mg/L; the sulfur content in the stack effluent was lower than 50mg/L, therefore, the odor pollution was effectively solved.
