摘    要:对原花青素的概念、测定方法及其存在的问题进行了分析,综述了原花青素的性质,安全性和提取、检测方法,并对统一的原花青素检测方法进行了展望。

Abstract:The definition, determination methods of proanthocyanidin from grape seed and their problems were analyzed. The character, safety, extraction methods of proanthocyanidin were also introduced in this paper. Besides, the development foreground of uniform determination method of proanthocyanidin was illustrated.
