国外某铁金钴矿选矿试验研究

摘    要:国外某铁矿富含金和钴,主要有价矿物为磁铁矿,其次是自然金和钴矿,根据矿石性质,综合对比了"磁-浮"与"磁-重"两种流程,最终,采用"磁-重"联合流程,在原矿含铁49.89%,含钴0.047%,含金0.82g/t的情况下,获得产率69.98%,铁品位67.63%,回收率93.81%的铁精矿;产率0.25%,钴品位10.22%,回收率56.51%,金品位197.57g/t,回收率57.21%的含金钴精矿。

Abstract:A iron - cobalt -gold mine abroad contains magnetite, natural gold and cobalt minerals, according to the ore properties, comprehensive compared magnetic and gravity separation combined magnetic and flotation separation combined, at last ,flotation and gravity separation combined process to deal with the raw ore which the grade of Fe, Co and Au are 49.89% , 0.047% and 0.82g/t. As result,we obtain iron concentrate with yield is 69.98%, Fe grade is 67.63%,recovery is 93.81%. Gold cobalt concentrate with yield is 0.25%, Co and Au grade are 10.22% and 197.57g/t, recovery are 56.51% and 57.21 %.
