| 摘 要： | 研究防老剂CPL在钢丝帘布胶中的应用。结果表明:在帘布胶中加入防老剂CPL,胶料的ML增大,MH减小,t90缩短,焦烧时间变化不大;硫化胶的拉伸强度增大,撕裂强度减小,抗裂口增长性能、粘合性能和动态力学性能提高,压缩生热降低;当防老剂CPL用量为1份时,胶料的综合性能较好,其防护效果更佳。

| Abstract: | The application of anti-oxidant CPL in the steel carcass ply compound was investigated. The result showed that the steel carcass ply compound with anti-oxidant CPLShad better protection effect, and less impact on the curing property. Moreover, the adhesion property and dynamic properties were improved. By adding 1 phr anti-oxidant CPL into the steel carcass ply compound, the compound had better mechanical properties in high temperature, and better adhesion property before and after aging, particularly after salt water aging. |
