我国溶聚丁苯橡胶的生产现状及发展建议

介绍溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)的结构特点和工业生产技术。综述近年来国内外SSBR的生产情况,对国内SSBR的市场前景进行分析,认为未来几年国内SSBR的需求将继续增长,SSBR行业仍具有较大的发展空间。分析了目前我国SSBR装置开工率不高的原因,并针对我国的现状,提出了努力降低SSBR生产成本、提高SSBR产品质量的均一性和大力开发特种高性能SSBR新产品行业发展建议。

Manufacturing Status and Development Proposal for Domestic Solution Styrene-Butadiene Rubber

This paper described the structure feature and manufacturing technology of Solution Styrene-Butadiene Rubber (SSBR), introduced the Manufacturing Status in both domestic and abroad, analyzed the development prospect of SSBR market in China. It is concluded that the domestic demand of SSBR would increase steadily and SSBR industry would also have great development potentials. Also analyzed the reason for now low operating rate of SSBR in China, and then made some suggestions for the development according to the status of SSBR in China.
