| 摘 要： | 中海绥中36—1原油为低硫环烷基原油，该原油具有密度大、粘度大、凝点低、酸值高、胶质含量高等特点，是生产优质道路沥青的适宜原料。利用该原油生产的道路沥青具有较大的延度，低温抗变形能力强，路面不易开裂，并且具有理想的流变性能，高温不易流淌，抗车辙能力强，抗老化性能好，按美国SHRP计划Superpave沥青胶结料试验规范评定其AH-70、AH-90道路沥青等级可分别达到PG64—22和PG64—28。

| Abstract: | Suizhong 36-1 crude oil of CNOOC is naphthenic base crude oil, which has some charac teristics as high density, high viscosity, low freezing point, high acid number and high resin content etc, and is suitable for producing superior quality paving asphalt. The result shows that the paving asphalt produced from the petroleum has better performance as following, it has better ductility and strong anti-deformation behavior at low temperature;the pavement isnrt liable to crack or flow at high temperature because of its ideal rheological behavior; it has better anti-rut behavior and anti-aging performance.
The performance grades of AH-70 and AH-90 paving asphalt reach PG64-22 and PG64-28, respectively, in accordance with the asphalt hinder Superrave test specifications of USA SHRP plan. |
