某超高层酒店办公综合楼结构设计

摘    要:在超高层建筑结构布置时,利用建筑平面中的楼梯间、电梯间较均匀地布置了多个钢筋混凝土简体,形成多筒体-框架结构,能够为整体结构提供较大的抗侧、抗扭刚度;沿倾斜立面直接布置斜柱,避免竖向构件的转换;超高层平面梁系布置要考虑竖向构件的轴向变形差异;空腹桁架的应用能够有效地减少构件的截面尺寸;超高层建筑结构分析必须采用不同的计算程序进行分析比较。本文结合实际工程的情况,简要介绍了设计、计算方法和结果,供同行参考。
