某超高层酒店办公综合楼结构设计

在超高层建筑结构布置时，利用建筑平面中的楼梯间、电梯间较均匀地布置了多个钢筋混凝土简体，形成多筒体-框架结构，能够为整体结构提供较大的抗侧、抗扭刚度；沿倾斜立面直接布置斜柱，避免竖向构件的转换；超高层平面梁系布置要考虑竖向构件的轴向变形差异；空腹桁架的应用能够有效地减少构件的截面尺寸；超高层建筑结构分析必须采用不同的计算程序进行分析比较。本文结合实际工程的情况，简要介绍了设计、计算方法和结果，供同行参考。
