三聚氰胺甲醛树脂改性聚醋酸乙烯酯共聚乳液的研究

摘    要:通过引入疏水单体和交联单体与醋酸乙烯共聚,探讨了聚合反应过程中温度、搅拌速度对乳液性能的影响,优化了共聚单体、保护胶体、乳化剂的最佳用量。最终合成了耐水性能优良的聚醋酸乙烯酯共聚乳液。然后通过自制的三聚氰胺甲醛树脂(MF)对乳液进行共混改性,得到了耐80℃水煮的聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液胶粘剂。

Abstract:A modified PVAc emulsion was prepared,using hydrophobic monomer and cross-linknig monomer.The effect of temperature and whisking velocity on emulsion was discussed,the prime dosage of the PVA、emulsifier and copolymonomer were optimized.Finally gained a emulsion with excellent water resistance. Later using the melamine-formaldehyde modified the emulsion,the resin water resistance is strongly improved, achieving 80℃boiling.
