基于CompactRIO的光纤布拉格光栅解调系统

摘    要:波长解调技术是光纤布拉格光栅传感器实用化面临的关键技术,提出并实现了一种基于可调谐Fabry-Perot滤波器的FBG解调系统。该系统通过NICompactRIO平台控制D/A输出信号作为可调谐滤波器的扫描信号,同时对布拉格光栅的反射波峰进行采样与处理,通过标准具和参考光栅对Fabry-Perot滤波器进行标定。实验表明,该解调系统扫描带宽50nm,在50Hz扫描频率内,可以得到稳定测量信号。

Abstract:Wavelength demodulation is the Key technology using Fiber Bragg Grating sensors.A FBG demodulation system based on Fabry-Perot tunable filter is proposed and demonstrated.In the system,the D/A output signal is controlled by NI CompactRIO and works as the scanning signal of an adjustable tunable filter.NI CompactRIO synchronously performs data gathering and the wave crest reflected by Fiber Bragg Grating.Reference filter and reference FBG are used to calibrate the tunable Fabry-Perot filter.It's proved by experiment that this demodulation system has a scanning bandwidth of 50 nm,it scans in frequency bandwidth of 50 Hz and gets a stable output.
