双金属光钎温度传感器的研究

摘    要:介绍了一种由双金属片,编码盘,混合排列光纤束,线阵CCD和数据处理系统构成的温度测量系统。双金属片的温度信息,由编码盘经光纤传递给CCD,通过CCD计数光纤点亮的根数,实现温度测量。系统具有动态范围大、抗干扰能力强、稳定性好、测量电路简单可靠、成本低等特点。

Abstract:A temperature measuring system is introduced in this paper, which consists of bimetallic strip gage, coded disk, hybrid -alignment optical fiber bundles, linear CCD and data processing system. The temperature measurement can be achieved by bimetal strip collecting the temperature signals at first, the coded disk reflecting the temperature signals to CCD through optical fiber bundles secondly, and CCD counting the number of lighted optical fibers finally.
