| 摘 要： | 随着基础设施建设事业的迅速发展,建筑管理层次也随之不断完善和提高,施工管理作为工程建设最直接的管理阶段,关系着一个项目的成功与失败,因此丰富和发展其管理内容及涵义十分重要。本文针对管理阶段施工管理理论的局限性,对其进行补充和完善。

| Abstract: | The level of construction supervision is improved and enhanced with the rapid development of the construction on basic establishment.Construction supervision is a directly control phase of a project and relates to the success or loss of a work.It is important to expand and enrich the content of construction supervision.The theory of construction supervision is improved and reinforced considering the shortage of the present construction supervision. |
