摘    要:在反应压力 3 12MPa(绝 ) ,反应温度 5 5 0~ 75 0℃ ,n(H2 O) /n(∑C) =2 0~ 4 0 ,甲烷空速 3 0 0 0~ 10 0 0 0h- 1的条件下 ,采用内循环无梯度反应器 ,研究了CN -9催化剂上甲烷蒸汽转化反应的宏观动力学。以平行反应模型表示转化反应 ,用非线性参数估值法处理测得数据 ,得到CO和CO2 的生成速率方程。建立了CN -9五筋车轮型催化剂数学模型 ,推导出了计算其有效因子的解析计算式。由此得到该催化剂的有效因子为 0 13~ 0 2 1。

Abstract:The macroscopic kinetics of methane-steam catalytic reforming reaction over CN-9 nickel catalyst in internal recycle grandientless reactor at 3.12 MPa total pressure was studied.The experimental conditions for macroscopic kinetics were as follow:reaction temperature 550~750 ℃,molar steam-to-carbon ratio 2.0~4.0,methane space velocity 3000~10 000 h-1.The catalytic methane-steam reforming kinetics was represented by parallel reaction model.The experimental data were handled with nonlinear parameter estimation method.Rate equations of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide formation were presented,a mathematical model of CN-9 catalyst with the shape of a five rib-wheel was established,and an analytic formula of effectiveness factor was worked out.A CN-9 catalyst intrinsic kinetics equation was derived to give an effectiveness factor of 0.04~0.06 at high temperature region and of 0.13~0.21 at low temperature region.
