摘    要:本文对纳米TiO2光催化剂在空气气氛中进行程序升温热处理,以苯酚的光催化降解反应评价光催化剂活性,以XRD、FTIR分析TiO2的晶相结构、粒子大小和表面结构随处理温度的变化情况。分析了热处理作用条件下TiO2光催化活性的变化机理。400℃条件下热处理TiO2具有最高光催化活性。适宜的表面结构、粒子大小及晶相结构是纳米TiO2光催化剂表现出较高催化活性的主要原因。

Abstract:Nanosize TiO_2 photocatalysts were thermal treated with programmed temperature in air atmosphere and photooxidation of phenol was used to evaluate the photocatalytic activity of resulting TiO_2. XRD and FTIR were adopted to identify phase structure, particle size and surface structure. The mechanism of thermal treatment on the photocatalytic activity of nanosize TiO_2 was discussed. The results show the photocatalytic activity of TiO_2 increases with the increase of thermal temperature until 400℃,above which the activity of TiO_2 decreases. Suitable surface structure,particle size and anatase phase were necessary for high photocatalytic activity of TiO_2 photocatalyst.
