发动机润滑油高温清净性能与其功能元素的关系

摘    要:发动机润滑油中的不同添加剂可用不同功能元素来表征,通过研究功能元素与高温清净性能的关系。可以评价相应添加剂对发动机润滑油高温清净性能的影响。采用多元线性回归方法考察了不同功能元素对发动机润滑油高温清净性能的影响。结果表明,镁和钙元素所表征的添加剂地油品的高温清净性能影响较大,功能元素氮和磷影响较小,锌元素对发动机润滑油的高温清净性能基本没有影响。

Abstract:Different additives for engine oil can be characterized by their functional elements. The influences of different additives on the high-temperature detergency of engine oil may be evaluated through studying the relationship between the functional elements of the additive and the high-temperature detergency of the engine oil. The research result showed that the additive characterized by magnesium and calcium had larger effect on the high-temperature detergency of the engine oil; nitrogen and phosphorus had less effect; and zinc had basically no effect.
