摘    要: 基于声波检测技术,结合频谱分析及小波分析方法,实现了催化剂结焦的在线检测。通过Ø 150 mm冷模流化床实验发现,常温下以空气为流化气体时,FCC新鲜催化剂和结焦催化剂颗粒撞击流化床壁面产生的声信号频谱具有明显的差异。进一步分析两种信号十尺度小波分解后的能量分率发现,两者在特征频段上同样存在差异,说明声信号多尺度方法能够清晰指示催化剂的结焦,有效地监控催化剂的结焦过程。由此获得了一种实时在线、非侵入式的催化剂结焦检测手段。

Abstract:Coke of FCC catalyst was detected online in the gas-solid fluidized bed by using the measurement of acoustic emission and multi-scale algorithm. Compared to the acoustic signals from the fresh catalyst particles beating on the wall, the signals from the coked catalyst were markedly different in frequency. According to multi-scale analysis of the acoustic signals, different results in energy percents on characteristic scale were presented. All experiments above proved that acoustic emission measurement could be used in detecting catalyst coke.
