| 摘 要： | 世界城市市政基础设施领域正兴起一种新的高效率、宽领域的经营模式,即公共部门与私营部门的合作(Public-Private Partnerships),简称公私合作关系或PPP模式。本研究对国外PPP服务协议、BOT、BBO、BOOT等主要模式进行深入分析,并研究PPP模式在中国城市公共产品投资建设中的主要绩效,最后就PPP模式在我国引进提出了完善政策法规、拓宽融资渠道、建立博弈架构等适合国情的对策和建议。
