基于中心组合实验设计的注塑成型过程优化

摘    要:从统计过程控制(SPC)的观点出发,在中心组合实验设计方案的基础上,对注塑成型过程的过程参数进行优化,对参与实验的因素及各因素的交互作用对注塑制品质量特性的影响进行定量非线性分析,获得制品质量与注塑过程参数之间的非线性回归方程,寻找出对制品质量特性影响较大的因素,找出它最有利于关键指标的水平,并对其加以统计控制从而达到优化过程的目的。

Abstract:On the basis of central composite design, the non-llnear connection in pressure, molded temperature and thickness of part in injection molding was discusses. Moreover, the example illustrated how such an optimization can be performed in detail. Based on experiments, a non-linear multiple regression equation was established to predict the thickness of part, which could describe the non-linear connection of the injection molding process parameters. And according to the analysis of experiments and the non-linear multiple regression equation, the process parameters of injection molding could be optimized.
