| 摘 要： | 在我国小城市建设中出现的大量私有房产已经成为影响城市发展的一个比较突出的问题,给城市景观、形象带及居住环境带来了一定的破坏作用。应对已建成的私房居住区视具体情况进行改善,对新建私房则应严格管理制度。
