环己胺制备方法研究进展

摘    要:环己胺是一种应用广泛的精细化工产品,为了不断提高我国环己胺制备技术,简要介绍了目前环己胺的主要制备方法苯胺催化加氢、环己醇气相氨化法和环己酮催化氨解法等,指出今后的发展趋势将是苯胺电解还原法,该法工艺简单且污染极少.另外简要介绍了由环己烯直接氨化制备环己胺的研究进展.

Abstract:Cyclohexylamine is a kind of refine chemical product utilized abroad, in order to improve ceacelessly preparation technique of cyclohexylamine home, this article introduces briefly its main method of preparation:anilin catalyzing hydrogenation,cyclohexanol aminating on gas phase and cyclohexanone catalyzing aminolysis, and points out that its towards developing direction is anilin electrolysis hydrogenation, which requires simple technology and causes little polution. In addition,this article briefly introduces the progress of the preparation of cyclohexamine from cyclohexene .
