摘    要:阐述斜面试管到爆麦曲的操作工艺,并对工艺的各阶段进行控制。结果表明:该工艺通过通风制爆麦曲,其糖化力可达2000mg/g.h,符合机械化黄酒酿造要求。

Abstract:Inclined plane on test-tube into song michael operation process,and the various stages of the process control.The results show that: the technology burst through the ventilation system michael borst song, saccharification of its ability to reach 2000mg /g.h, mechanization in line with the requiements of yellow rice wine.
