摘    要:研究了室温条件下不同湿度(RH)贮存饲料的霉菌污染情况,在湿度条件分别为65%RH、75%RH、85%RH,利用国标检测法进行霉菌总数、产毒菌种类及毒素含量分析。结果表明,在20℃、65%RH条件下,饲料存放到第17天前就应该采取防霉措施。在75%RH条件下,存放到第10天前就应该采取防霉措施。在85%RH条件下,在生产饲料的时候就应该采取防霉措施。

Abstract:At room temperature, the influence of relative humidity on the mould contamination during the broiler concentrated feeds imbursement was studied. When the levels of relative humidity were 65%, 75% and 85%, through national standard test method, the mould sum, the kinds of toadstool and toxin content were analyzed. The results show that, under the conditions of 65%RH and 20 ℃, the anti-mildew measures should be adopted before the 17th day, and when the relative humidity is 75%, the anti-mildew measures should be adopted before the 10th day. When the relative humidity reaches 85%, the anti-mildew measures should be taken during the produce of the broiler concentrated feeds.
