| 摘 要： | 通过选用水性丙烯酸树脂与水性环氧树脂复配,研制了一种水性金属构件专用涂料。采用浸涂或喷淋的方式施工,涂膜均匀,表面平整光滑、硬度好、附着力强、防腐性好、关节活动性好、无漏涂现象,膜厚5～15μm的涂膜耐盐雾性可达48h。

| Abstract: | With waterborne acrylic resin and epoxy resin as complex resins,we have prepared waterborne special coatings for metal components.Painted by dipping or spraying,the coatings turns to be of uniform and smooth film,high hardness,good adhesion,excellent anticorrosion performance,good flexibility and no skip.The salt spray resistance can reach 48 h when the film thickness is 5～15 μm. |
